Fits the bill nicely. Though even you have to admit surely that there were some 80s ‘hits’ that simply should never have been allowed to rule the airwaves.

I am not ashamed to admit that I love most of the songs and artists you cited above. In particular, Brass in Pocket… one of my faves. Although I must admit that whenever I hear 99 Red Balloons I can’t help but do that dance.. you know the one… very 80′s. Head down with a sort of march/skip mix.

My fave would have to be Dream Academy’s “Life in a Northern Town”… would that fit the bill or have I drifted into a different genre?

The one game I hate with a passion is Pictionary. I just can’t think fast enough for that one.

The good Dr was a Monopoly freak as a kid . . . and have to brag that to date – haven’t lost a game – so I guess I should hook up with your family – mind you, there could be blood spilt.

That said – it really is a roll of the dice when it comes to doing well isn’t it . . . ?

Risk? I’ll have to do a search for that one.

I also really enjoyed Masterpiece and Cluedo as a kid – but had to go round to a mates place – cause he had all the good stuff.

My favorite board game (this is going to firmly cement my reputation as a big time nerd) is Risk. I am constantly on the prowl for someone to play this game with me. I rarely succeed in finding anyone willing to play, but when I do….hours and hours of geeky world dominating fun!

It strikes a chord with so many doesn’t it? For a ‘band’ of actors – it goes to show how the music industry can create stars – with the right recipe of course.
